I'll just continue to bring the bad news I suppose. Counter-Strike 1.6 is not going to be released mid-November but instead it has been delayed to mid-December. At the Steam Powered website you can view more news about this. With all these delays you can expect another. If you don't know what Steam is go to the support section.
